I was amazed at how evenly this skillet browns things similar to pancakes, French toast, grilled cheese, and so on. It does an equally great work of frying food.
The pan is thicker than the opposite electric skillets I've had previously. It is detachable and dishwasher secure, however it is so easy to clean that I really have yet to position it in the dishwasher.
The frame/legs of this skillet appear extremely sturdy. This is essential to me as I have damaged the legs on my previous scant electrical skillets.
I wish I had started together with this skillet as an alternative of struggling through several cheap, flimsy skillets that carried out poorly.
