It is an effective grill in that it has a pleasant size and heats up very neatly, however the REAL PROBLEM is that it's NOT NON-STICK!!
I do no longer know what Nordic's idea of non-stick is however this ain't it!If you don't utilize any Pam spray on it and your grill any meat on it, I promise you IT WILL STICK to the grill! I made that mistake the first time I applyd it and I virtually needed to sandblast the crud off of it and nearly ruined the end. Buyer pay attention.
