Until just a few weeks ago I had an electricalal deep fryer (Euro Pro) that didn't do the job very neatly and simply determined to die while I used to be making a house barbeque. No more electrics for me. Don't fail to remember to procure a thermometer in box you should now not have one.

The conical shape of the pot is superb for optimum warmth transfer and the material is excellent for warmth holding. The inside aspect fence is excessive (deep?) sufficient to lower back oil splash--having the lid also further this cause. The vented lid is an superb thought for minimizing condensation--it worked!
Finally, the handles are excellent for aiding the weight of the pot, particularly when filled with oil.

The pour-spouts on the areas should no longer sufficiently pronounced to avoid spilling when pouring oil out. Otherwise the goods is thoughtl for my objective. P.S. I assume an oil/candy thermometer would form a just right associate for this merchandise.
