Twenty days after buy, the lid shattered throughout prepare dinnering, scattering glass across the food and local counter. Two calls to the client service line were cut off earlier than talking to a live individual. E-mail to same have now not been spoke back to after five days. In addition, warmth across the skin of the pan is very uneven. Needed a substitute for a ten year+ Presto pan that used to be loosing its non-stick effectiveness.
